Use Image Upload when users need to attach an image file.
Image Upload stores an image attachment. Use it when the expected file is an image rather than a general document.

Configure
Image Upload uses Document Type. The selected Document Type controls accepted image formats and maximum file size.
Set up document types before creating image upload fields.
Validation
File rules come from the selected Document Type.
Use File Upload when the user may attach a PDF or another non-image document.
