Edmissa docs

Admin quick start

Prepare the first working Edmissa workspace for your team.

Use this guide if you configure Edmissa, invite users, or prepare a workspace before counselors and managers begin daily work.

This page gives the first setup path. For full details, open the linked Configure Edmissa guides.

What to have ready

Before you begin, gather:

  • your agency name, default country or region, time zone, and main locations.
  • the users who need access, plus their roles, supervisors, and locations.
  • the Lead sources and connected channels your team expects to use.
  • the application workflows your team needs first.
  • the student fields, application fields, forms, document types, and checklists needed for live work.
  • the notifications, task rules, and review expectations managers need.

Go live checks

Before inviting the full team, test the main path with a small group.

  • Can a sample user sign in, see the right location, and access only the work expected for their role?
  • Can a user review a Lead and create or connect a student profile?
  • Can a user create an application, choose the right pipeline, and move it to the next stage when requirements are met?
  • Can a user upload or review a document from the correct student profile or application?
  • Can a user create, assign, and complete a task?
  • Can a manager open reports and review overdue work?
  • Are notifications and task reminders going to the right people?
